Rajan serves as the chairman of RV Group, incepted in 1990 providing various technology products and services for industrial and consumer requirements.

Rajan has been contributing to the cause of the Industry and Entrepreneurship in the state ofGujarat by founding and/or heading organizations like Gujarat Electronics and Software Industries Association (GESIA), TiE Ahmedabad Chapter, Indo American Education Society (IAES)and IACC Gujarat. Rajan is a member of FICCI Gujarat, AMA and GCCI Executive Committee. Heis a Trustee of Dr. Jivraj Mehta Hospital. He is also an active member of Stanford and USC Alumni Associations. Rajan has also been associated with KPMG since the start of its Gujarat practice in 2012 and currently serves as the Managing Partner, Gujarat.

Having joined the group in 2015, Karan is responsible for overlooking day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth workflow management across all divisions of the group along with a focus on growth opportunities. Prior to joining RV Group, he worked as an Analyst at KPMG India in the Deal Advisory vertical, gathering experience in M&A advisory and Corporate Finance. Karan graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Financial Economics.

Having joined the group in 2018, Kahaan is responsible for overlooking day-to-day operations across different group companies, with a keen focus on different growth areas and opportunities. Prior to joining RV Group, he worked as an Analyst at Augmedix Inc. in the Bay Area, coupled with internship stints at KPMG India & Ford Motor Company. Karan graduated from Duke University, North Carolina with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
